Originally from Chappaqua, New York, Joanne moved to Boston to attend Boston College on a swimming scholarship and has remained in the region ever since. She now lives in Concord with her husband and daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, biking, running, and travel, as well as her long-standing interest in reading and writing.
